Qlusters Names New Executive Team Members to Drive Sales and Accelerate Momentum of openQRM Project | Print |

PALO ALTO, Calif - July 23, 2007 - Qlusters, the leading provider of open source systems management software, today announced the appointment of Dror Harel to company President and John Harleman as Vice President of Sales and Business Development effective immediately.

"Over the past several years, Qlusters and the openQRM project have risen to a leadership position in the open source systems management space and a key contributor to our growth and success has been the dedication, diligence and vision of Dror Harel," said company founder and CEO Ofer Shoshan. In his new role, Harel will maintain his duties as Chief Operating Officer (COO) but will also take on the role of company President where he will oversee business operations and drive product development. Since joining the company in 2003 Harel served as the COO and Vice President of Operations and Product Management. Prior to joining Qlusters, he held a senior product management position at Sanctum, Inc., where he led the development of the company's AppShield and AppScan security software products. Harel also previously held positions as Vice President of Quality and Product Integration and Vice President of Product Management at Veon, which was later purchased by Philips N.V.

Also joining Qlusters is John (JL) Harleman who will lead the company's sales and business development efforts worldwide. Prior to joining the company, JL served as Vice President of Sales and Strategic Development at ServGate where he closed strategic deals with Dell, CA, China Telecom and others. Harleman also led west coast sales and business development for Pedestal Software (Alteris) where he conceived, initiated and led development planning with strategic networking partners including Cisco Systems and 3Com. While at Fortinet, Harleman was integral in doubling revenue every quarter and the strategic development of and positioning for key enterprise accounts and partnerships. Harleman also served as General Manager of Certicom's enterprise division, which he founded and whose first product was a VPN client for hand-held devices/mobile phones that he conceived of and launched in conjunction with Cisco Systems, CheckPoint and NetScreen.
